As it became increasingly obvious over the years that maintaining this list by manual process was hopeless, we undertook an effort to build a Web service to support conference announcements. That project is well underway and should be coming online in the spring of 2006. We will send out a general announcement once the system is up and running.
In the meantime, we suggest that you both subscribe to sigecom-talk@acm.org, and you send announcements to that list. We find that most major e-commerce conferences and workshops use that list (among others) to advertise.
