To qualify for the ACM/SIGecom membership rate, you will need to be an ACM or a SIGEcom member and provide a valid membership number. Similarly, to quality for the Student rate, you must be a student member and will need to provide a valid student membership number. In both cases (membership fee + member registration rate) is LOWER than the non-member registration fee (so it is not rational not to become a member!)
